Discovery Consultation

It could be that your property has been on the market for a little while and is not selling, you are looking at getting the full investment potential out of your property or you are looking at buying investment properties to transform and sell again. If this sounds like you we want to help.

To establish what we can best do for you we would start with a discovery consultation. We will sent you a welcome kit to prepare for our meeting so we can get right to the point when we meet.

My aim will be to assess where we can best help based on your budget, agent and buyers feedback and the property potential.

This is a paid consultation at $250.00 where you will receive the following:

A design brief based on feedback and my advise
Site evaluation and floor measurements if applicable
Quotation with your budget

Property Transformations

Are you ready to take the next step and maximise the full potential of your property? Some properties can truly benefit from a make over to do well on the property market.

What you can expect when we go through this transformation:

Mood board (visual style concept), if applicable.
2D Floorplan remodel
Sample board/material board to show the paint colour and/or material selection, flooring and window dressing selection, luminaire selection. (these are all depending on the scope of work and if required)
Schedule to outline selection details, pricing and supplier information.
3D Model and Elevation plans if required
Ceiling plan with luminare selection if required
5% commission for implementation with a $2000 deposit being the minimum fee.
Full retail discount forwarded where applicable.

From $3500 (based on 3 bed, 1 bath home) or agreed profit on sale

Needing help with preparing your property for sale, move in to a new house with original furniture or just want it better styled?

Selling or moving property is not always easy when it comes to timing or your belongings. Your home might be to personalised for sale, you don't know how to get it organised, can't see it fitting into your new home or you are not there when you need to move to your new property.

We can help with the below examples but are not limited to and want to cater for your needs:

Getting a property ready for sale with your own furniture or minimal styling additions
If you wish to declutter and tidy up your home
If you wish to reorganise spaces such as wardrobes and offices
If you wish to add value to selling your home by styling it well
When you are overseas when your furniture arrives and you want to arrive in a home ready to enjoy.
You are moving bigger or smaller and need help styling your furniture and deciding what stays and goes.
