DESIGN JOURNEYS
Imagine the luxury of a professional designer to transform and remodel your spaces into your dream rooms! You can have us work for you remotely, for the concept and design or sit back and relax and have us manage the process from concept, design and procurement.
​​These design journey packages are shown with a starting price for one space. An accurate quotation will be given after our design consultation where we can understand the complexity of the project and the scope of work. The discovery consultation fee of $250.00 will be credited to the first invoice if you choose one of below packages. Any additional services can be found under the Itemised Design services.

This Journey gives you the luxury of having the process arranged from design to procurement and final installation and styling.
​
This journey includes a decorative and/or spacial redesign of a space. The package price is based on four meetings with you that includes:

Initial Discovery Consultation with an interior designer on the premises to discuss your style preferences, detail the changes you would like to make and to establish a decoration budget.

Second meeting for the interior designer to present the floorplan and draft 3D model and draft light plan and colour scheme.

Third meeting for the interior designer to present the design concept to the client and to confirm the final design direction. This may include further confirmation on some items via email.

Fourth meeting to present the final design including the specification schedule. In this meeting we will confirm the ordering of retail and meetings with tradespeople.

Further meetings to confirm trades people how and when applicable.
As part of the package, you will receive the following:
• Mood board (visual style concept), which is used to establish the design direction of the project.
• 2D Floorplan remodel if applicable with furnishings.
• Sample board to show the paint colour and material selection, flooring and window dressing selection, luminaire selection and furniture, artwork and accessories selections.
• Schedule to outline selection details, pricing and supplier information.
• 3D Model and Elevation plans
• Renderings and detailed drawings if custom build was required
• Ceiling plan with luminare selection
• Project management, planning and procurement
• Full retail discount forwarded where applicable.

​From $2500 for the design part plus 5% commission.

This Journey gives you the freedom of having your space professionally designed and pre planned with a shopping list for you to implement the plan yourself. You do have the option to add the project management, planning and procurement part later on which service can be found under the Itemised Design services.

This Journey gives you the opportunity to work with a professional Interior Designer remotely and in your own time. Like the light design journey you will be provided with a shopping list and instructions for you to implement the plan yourself. You do have the option to add the project management, planning and procurement part later on if you are in the Auckland area, which service can be found under the Itemised Design services.
